Mohamed Rukhaam Nasheed holds a post graduate degree in MSC Accounting & Finance from the University of West of England.
Further, he holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from East London University. He has also attained Certificate 1 in Taxation in Maldives from the Maldives Tax Academy. He has been practicing his career for more than 10 years.
During his years in practice, he has held Financial Managerial posts in the tourism, housing and banking sector of the Maldives. Having trained in the Banking, Housing, and Development sector, he has contributed his services to various established companies, individuals, and corporations.
His major areas of expertise are critical data analysis, accounting & solvency, financial reporting, banking, taxation, international financial reporting standards, auditing, enterprise resource planning systems, and advisory on financial management.
